They should arrive in Singapore tomorrow. There they will check what transfers to Australia are available.

If you haven't been following along at home, have a read of their travel blog

I am still amazed at how far they have gone in 60 days or so. And it's not all interstates/motorways
Here are a couple of their photos from India

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"
What incredible pictures.... they piqued my interest enough to finally check out the website. I'm really surprised all of those cars are automatics! I would have thought from a fuel economy, reliability, and drivability (in adverse road conditions, especially) standpoint that they would have chosen manual DeLoreans. I guess comfort won out, though- can't blame them! I really dig their exhaust solution, too- simple, elegant, with a focus on being quiet. I wonder what these guys plan on doing with their cars when they return? Will they be kept as-is, or returned to a more stock form?

True adventure, fantastic voyage...
Truely admire that
They should sell a video of their tour when finished.

Steering with power
To me it was also surprising that Wolfgang choosed automatics. But he said, it was just a question of maintenance. It is easier to fix a broken automatic gearbox than a broken manual gearbox.
I don't know exactly what they will do with the cars after the tour. But they will not be returned to stock form. If you have a look at the home page, you can see in section "Fahrzeuge" how these cars looked like, when they have been bought for this project. They had been in bad shape and have been restored and modified/enhanced for their world trip. Bringing them back to "stock form" makes no sense.

Do you guys have an ETA to come into North America via Vancouver?
I'd love to drive with you southbound to California. Don't take the I5, take the costal 101 from Portland OR down to San Francisco!
Would you welcome a 4th car for a day or two?
