I think I still like the photos of clouds in the Polar Circle better, but this shot from the Gulf of Thailand is not bad either.

Yeah, it was only light hearted fun, but creeping along dirt roads isn't what the Ozzie pic implies. We're talking about beautiful sweeping, driving roads (with high drop offs), best to stick to the flat-straight outback! Lol.

I think these guys are looking for a reason to use their "Himalaya Switches", since they did not have a chance to test them in the Himalayas,
due to the roads that were damaged by the earthquake and after-shocks, mandating a re-route of the World Tour, even before it started.

Text below is from the DeLorean World Tour website - News page:
With the "Himalaya-Switch" we select the method of the fuel pressure control. LOW (below) stands for automatic fuel pressure regulation (to about 3000m above sea level)
and HIGH (above) for manual control. The pressure regulator together with pressure gauge and adjustment knob will find a place right on the center console.

Yeah, I'm sure they thought it was a good idea but strikes me as over-thinking, over-complicating, over-engineering things.
Best moto for overlanding is....... "Keep it simple!". Do the locals have 'Himalaya switches'?
