    VIN 1321 For Sale!

It is with great reluctance that I am selling my beloved 1981 DeLorean DMC-12. This is a particularly rare DeLorean, early VIN, with the gas flap hood, factory wide stripe, black interior, dark wheels and automatic transmission. It has brand new tires, it's been lowered, essentially a bone stock car with the original windshield! I never intended on selling my dream car, but it's that time to start a family. Asking $25,000 firm.

Absolutely no tire kickers, or joy riders. If you are an interested buyer, I would be more than happy to talk to you.

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

There is just something about a side striped/dark wheel car that looks period correct.

The car is located just outside Edmonton, Alberta Canada. It has 34,000 miles. I don't have any pics of the underbody, but if I get a chance, I'll try to post some. The only repairs/upgrades I've done to the car is having the passenger side power window motor and guide arm replaced, and new tires. I've only owned this car for a couple years, and it's been an absolute joy. I would never sell it, if I didn't have to. Any other questions, you can email me [email protected] or (780)907-3072.

And thanks Domi! I really like that pic too

I was shocked when I saw that you were selling it, good luck with the sale.

Kris purchased the car off me, I owned it for 4 years. Car came out of WA. Car has Eibach springs and Martys shocks. Its going back probably 6 years but I remember replacing the Master Cyl, Acc, Herveys Alt, Door handles, SS speedo cable...few other things. It also has an original stripe, not a aftermarket one. Most importantly, I drove it, all the time. This wasn't a car that was sitting prior to Kris buying it.

I was picky to who I sold the car too....Kris was the perfect buyer. A true Delorean enthusiast. Although I have not seen the car since I sold it, I know it has been in good hands.

Kris, I hope you don't mind me putting in my 0.02. Once again, good luck with the sale. Hopefully the next buyer is one that appriciates the car as much as you and I.

Thanks Jeff! I really hate to sell it. It has been an absolute joy, and I wouldn't be selling it if I didn't need to. In the time I've owned it, I've been hoping to maybe bump into you at car shows or what have you, with your D. Oh well...this is temporary, I will definitely be buying a DeLorean again one day. I just hope it's as awesome as this one.
