    Aftermarket Headlights

I should be looking for 4x6 is that right?
If the ones I have are high beam and low beam, is that a problem?

Thank you for any advice and clarifications.

    Hi Ross,

Yes, the DeLorean headlights are roughly 4 X 6, although the Sylvania SilverStars that I chose are listed as 100mm X 165mm. The outside headlights are low beam (H4656) and the inner ones are high beam (H4651). They have different connectors, 3 prongs on the low beam and 2 for the high beam, so the ones that you have need to be compatible. Also check the wattage.

I'm happy with my SilverStars. They are incandescent, but they are a plug and play upgrade.

    Cheers,
    Dana

+1 on the Sylvania Silverstars, a huge improvement over the OEM Sylvanias and no modification required. Of course a couple of Maglites taped to the front would probably be brighter than the OEM lights

I bought mine from ebay. If you are using "aftermarket" semi sealed beams, you will most likely have to change out the wiring in the 3 prong connector. I have some that I bought from ebay with HIDs in them. They have an odd lighting pattern but they look cool. I have yet to wire the red halo leds though.
