Left inside cover name or number?

Hi gang,
I'm missing the cover that is on the inside of the engine bay on the pontoon. What is the name of that or part number so I can get one? Also, dumb question probably, but what's inside there, as I know there is the air intake from outside- does it have something to do with the vacuum canister over on that side?

As I'm running a carb, I want to split off to a cold air intake both on the right and left pontoons - I know there is a hole already in the right pontoon I can go into but want to do the same on the left like Nick did with is LS1 conversion. And do I need to add an air filter in the hose for both sides?
