You know, I always thought that if they were to ever film a docudrama about De Lorean, and that if they ever did a factory scene, they should cast owners as the factory workers. We'd already know how to put the cars together.

Which would take away from the realism. Now if you could re teach yourself to choke up on a ratchet handle then we would be in business.

    Nope.

That fruit has been dangled in front of us as much as the new DeLorean

I have more faith in a successful missile test from North Korea than I do of ever seeing a DeLorean life story at the movies and at this point I'm just sick of hearing about both new DeLoreans and DeLorean movies.

I am beginning to feel the same way. The JZD tale really is a stranger-than-fiction event that has all the ingredients to be riveting but it just seems like it is never meant to be.

Never say never. One day it may come to pass but to guess on any particular project is a waste of time. In the current climate capitalistic entrepreneurs are usually cast as the evil villains. They are doing it just for all of that awful money. Never mind the jobs they create and the families that prosper. Now if JZD was not a rich white guy you might see it sooner!

I'm not saying it will never happen, I'm just tired of every 2 bit film maker using the subject matter as free advertising for his 2 bit film company knowing full well they will never undertake the endeavor.
