'81 Hood with Grooves measurement needed for custom hood stripe

I'm afraid my car is at the shop 2 hours away, so if someone with an early '81 could help...

I need to know in inches the amount in between the two grooves.
From the top (close to the windshield),
approx in the middle,
and at the very of the car (near the headlights.)

My custom stripe design will need to fall between the grooves.

To the nearest 1/8in. with a tape measure on VIN 0934:

Top = 48in.
Middle = 47in.
Front = 46in.
