Of all the owners who get the chance to go to the factory, I am most please that the Hollers got to do so.
One could argue that if BTTF had been made with refrigerator time-machine, instead of a deLorean, the MJF foundation would be much less successful in fundraising for research and the Hollers are a central part of that IMHO..
Though I heard that actually Oliver was just attempting a warranty return on his rear wheel hub........
