I believe that may be a shop that was started by a former mechanic of Delorean One. They acquired a bunch of NOS inventory from Ed Bernstein, with intentions of supporting former D1 customers. They started a restoration project thread 2-3 years ago here on Dmctalk to showcase the detail workmanship they were offering. I have not seen anything posted from them in a long time.
