Time for an electric rear view mirror.
35 bucks in parts of Amazon.

Same camera I saw in a dmc stage 2 car for I am sure a lot more than 35 smackers

Decent price for that. Im gonna be putting in one of those ones with gps, backup cam, stereo, etc.....even working out a design for a non destructive vent routing to get around the screen.

Good meeting you the other day, Jimmy. Best of luck with the car, and with your impending move.

I am prolly gonna flush mount camera on plate surround. As far as where to put the screen I haven't worked that out yet

Installed nos mirror I got from Mike and Suzy and it only worked left and right . Got a tip from Mike and it worked . Turns out the radio static isolation harness had a short in it. I removed it and problem solved . Both mirrors work.

Installed rear view mirror (electric) and wired it to a proj lamp switch on my tfc. So now it's a full time rear view mirror if I want it or i simply flip the switch off. Lines and screen image still need adjustment (brightness etc) that was on first power up . Pretty happy with it although i wish i could remove the back up lines all together .20180822_095815.jpg

Looking good there. Yeah, would be nice if you could even change the backup lines, but i havent seen one that does.

I forgot to mention . I made this highly technical expensive tool for snaking the side mirror harness out of the door. Feel free to duplicate . Your results may vary lol
