DeLorean DMC-12 used in official DeLorean commercial

Hi, I'm selling my 1981 DMC-12 for $55k (we can talk about it). It has 8,200 miles and is in great condition. It's the car used in the official DeLorean commercial, as well as the final Beastie Boys music video (and some other stuff, Samsung commercials, etc.)

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Was it used in the 2016 commercial or the 1981 one. Or both?

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

Somewhat off topic. I apologize. But do we know what car was in the 1981 ad?

Please post pictures and discription in this thread. In order to prolong exposure, you need an active description here, otherwise when your ebay ad runs out, I'm going to close your thread here.....

That's a pretty decent car... I bought my manual Oct '81 car six years ago with just over 8,000 miles on it - it was pretty clean too and I didn't pay anything close to $55,000. Since then I made some major cosmetic improvements as well as a few minor mechanical ones. I'm very curious to see if you get that asking price... I'll be happy if you do.

    Cheers

Not to be that guy, but just a reminder, if you don't update this thread with current pics and information I'm going to close it. As it sits, this thread is only being used as a link, so it would seem you have no interest in selling here, just linking to another site.

Still seems generous to let the post stay open. Zero posts. Do for one, do for all. Should stick to the rules.
