My Delorean at the Fairview, OK show.

Here's my Delorean, rat rod, Nova, and 56 Chevy at the fun, small town show in Fairview, Oklahoma. The D is the hit of the show. Everyone has to look at it and ask where the flux capacitor is located. I enjoy owning a D and talking history and memories of this iconic car.IMG_2968.jpgIMG_2966.jpg

Me and two of my grandkids. I'm the fat one.
No one complained about the D having a carb. It looks so factory.
I won a top 3 74-81 car with the D and Best Traditional Rod for my rat rod.

If anyone asks, just tell them that was a factory performance option.

I usually just tell them K-Jet sucks and I replaced it with a Ford carb.

And they probably respond with "what the hell is kjet and where is your flux capacitor?"
eBay selling at it's best I can tell you stock Delorians and quite a bit of slugs so the Turbo is a super nice up-grade.

In all seriousness, what Garen is saying is his final installation does not belie its hand build origins:

I have all the cable issues fixed and the car drives flawlessly. I am pleased.

I love small-town shows like that. Maybe I could've made it had I known. And I could've shown the folks K-Jet!
