I believe this diagram could be better clarified by distinguishing between "wide green" and "narrow green" rings. In that case, the narrow green rings correspond to A3 and the wide green rings correspond to B2.
Along those same lines, the red/white wires are not distinguishable by wide/narrow, but rather R/LR (red with light red) and R/DR (red with dark red). R/DR goers to A2 and R/LR goes to B1.

To complicate matters, I am currently in possession of a mirror switch wiring harness where the wide/narrow green wires are swapped at the connector-end. For this reason, I thought it would be prudent to post a pic of my connector as well to show where each colored wire is located.

To further complicate the wiring correspondence, here is another mirror switch oddity; a gray/blue wire in the harness. I've seen this a total of 3 times, but it's always the same shade of blue, which leads me to believe it was done intentionally at the factory.
