I ran out of time and had to have my exhaust put on by a local shop.
I noticed that I did not get studs when we did the group order several months ago.
1. Was I supposed to get studs and nuts?
2. Should I order them?
3. Can I just use the original 2 studs per port.

My understanding is two studs is fine but I would not reuse hardware. I am in the middle of the same job. Ordered the kit from dmch since no studs came with mine either.
