I'm in the process of my rebuild and found this when I was removing the 4, 5, 6 valve cover. I don't see it any where else inside of the valve area.

My VIN: 10757 1st place Concourse 1998
Probably due to a lot of short engine runs and not getting up to operating temperature regularly allowing condensation to accumulate there. Actually it isn't too bad, I have seen much worse (not on Deloreans).
