    Visit to Ireland

My wife and I will be on a tour of Ireland in May. It looks like we will be in the Belfast area May 9-10. I hope we have some spare time to visit on our own. Any thoughts about DeLorean related sites that we could visit?

The Ulster Folk and Transport museum has one of the 50k mile test cars and a stainless chassis, among other nice displays. Its probably a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the city centre.

The old factory in Dunmurray is still there, just owned by a different company now. IIRC I've seen people post pictures from there so they probably aren't too uptight about tourists looking around, at least outside.

They have guard TVR's that come out to chase away the Deloreans that wander too close

There's nothing really to see from the front gate of the factory. If you're only in Belfast for a day or two, I wouldn't waste time heading up there.
