Installed LEDs in turn signals - no flash (even with LED flasher module)

Oh wow, weird. Another forum turned up the same issue with someone with a Napa EP35 flasher relay:

Everything was fine for this guy until he installed a second set of LEDs and then he started seeing similar symptoms.

Is there an electronic, LED friendly flasher relay that you guys recommend? Maybe that is the problem after all.

Works perfectly, my only complaint is that I get 1 extra flash after the turn signal is in the off position. There is a different thread that covers that issue, seems to be present on almost all LED flasher relays.

Ok, just to tie this one off. It was the flasher module. I ran older LEDs with this Napa one for a long time and didn't have trouble, but it just couldn't handle these fancy new ones.

So I replaced this module:


With this one:


And now everything is perfect. Sigh. Thanks everyone for the ideas!
