I used to think you could repair/resurrect anything but now I know that isn't the case. This isn't a DeLorean or a car or an anything anymore We salute you VIN 1968

Yes, it is/was Alex's car. He was at a few tech sessions.

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"

Hmm, I'm very sorry to hear he lost everything. I hope he is ok. Those wildfires were a real tragedy.

My VIN:    Formerly 10372, currently 4728

    I'm genuinely curious:

-Why bother listing something that's so completely destroyed?

--Would anyone actually be interested in buying it, and why?
VIN 4728 is on the road...

The only reason could be for the VIN to swap onto another car.

Find the VIN plate and you can build a new car!

    Bingo!

If I had a large enough garage, I'd buy this in a heartbeat. I'd weld the remnants together to keep the remains intact, shove a few hidden lights inside here and there, and would then mount it on the wall as a large piece of reclaimed garage art.

That or place a huge piece of tempered glass on top to create a coffee table.

How about the chassis? That could be salvageable. The heat probably melted the epoxy too. Ha.
