Thank you guys for your suggestions. I really do hope that this is the problem because it is driving me crazy.
Next week I will go for a test drive with something between the finisher panel and the windscreen as Blackie suggested.

If this is causing the problem then it's going to be a nice and easy fix.

Took the car for a test drive yesterday.
I put a piece of paper between the black finisher panel and the windscreen as Blackie suggested.
Blackie and DMC-81 you are my heroes!!!!
The rattling sound completely disappeared.
Today I removed the finisher panel and there was no foam weatherstripping at all, or even a trace of weatherstripping. So I inserted a rubber weatherstripping (€1,00), as shown on the pictures by DMC-81, and the problem is completely fixed.
