How do these attach?

2 sided tape if I remember correctly. I dont think this one actually replaces the shifter plate the way the manual transmission one does, it just stick to the top of it to change the look.

These stainless plates attached to the top of your existing auto shift PRNDL with automotive 3M tape that is included.
