You have to add the shipping to the cart separately, apparently that was the only way he could get domestic and international options to work. Update from Jay: We should be getting more grays, enough to cover the backorders plus a few more. Orders placed this month and not shipped yet should go out after he gets home from St. George on Apr 7.
