Run a full tank of fuel and a can of Techron and then redo the test. That should clean things up and make it more even. Wil also help with the fuel injectors.

Just double check that the small filters in the firm distributor are clear. Remove and back flush them if necessary. These can cause a flow restriction. There is one per injector fuel line under the hollow bolt.
A variance of 5% is allowable for full flow (venturi flap pushed fully down) for the volumetric test.
