Probably easier & cheaper to rebuild the caliper rather than replace it.. rebuild kit is cheap & the piston's are'nt too bad. if the bore is scored then .. shitty

It's the actual hole where the cross over screws in. It snapped off and is stuck in the threaded hole

A machine shop can likely extract the broken end. I had a similar problem when rebuilding my BAE turbo and a machine shop helped me fix it.
