Rh apost? Looks like the crank position sensor. What's left of it anyways. Only used during diagnosis and tuning

Does it run up to the square port on the firewall?

The end connection looks like an antenna connection , nothing to connect to, should I pull back as there is no connection on the windshield and install an antenna somewhere else

The "standard" answer is to install the power antennae in the rear pontoon if it hasn't already been done. You can buy a kit from the Delorean vendors. The original "options" were:
1) The original antennae was imbedded into the front windscreen
2) Then there was a post type manual antennae in the R/F fender. It used a large hole cut into the top of the fender. It superseded the windscreen antennae because of complaints of poor reception.
3) The final version was the power antennae in the L/R pontoon.
Today there are a LOT of ways to go. Satellite, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, USB, C/D, whatever. Depends on what you want to spend and how much you will use it. The original Craig and ASI radios are junk, especially by today's standards so if you are upgrading the antennae you should consider the radio too. And the speakers and the wiring to the radio and the speakers.
