    Front Facia Print

    I was just re painting and sorting the eyebrows , never seen it before but there is a mounded print on the pass side of the facia , any ideas , picture attached

    Wow, that's unusual. Was it there before you clamped the rigid bar to fix the eyebrows? If not, was there imprinted lettering on the bar? I'm thinking that perhaps lettering got stamped into the fascia in the process.... Just a theory.

    Definitely imprinted from the bar, mirrored image. Last word looks like "Michelin"

    Good theory - I think the "lucky to be repainting" message confirms it.

    The imprinted words are 'Michelin Halte' written in mirror image
    There is a brand of tire levers in the EU called Michelin Halte: LINK
    The tire lever that is shown clamped onto top of fascia probably had raised letters on it
    And the owner is pleased that there will be repainting - with good prep the fascia should not show the imprint afterward
