Good luck with the search; I purchased 1417 in Bend, Oregon and drove back across the country to MS. Started the journey in snow and ice; thread on here somewhere. You live in a beautiful area. Sold 1417 a while later and bought 10020 in CT. Another terrific, long drive home.
Did you buy it from David D. ? I don’t want to butcher the spelling on his last name. He has a lot of really nice cars
I have drove a delorean in like 6 inch’s of snow that was not fun.
what do I need to or have to spend to get a really clean well sorted Delorean ?
One that I could get in to an trust to drive anywhere anytime ?
Im gonna give DMCNW a call tomorrow and see if they have any cars.
Would cash get me a discount or just shot ?.......

I just purchased 16377 from California for $30k back in December. Very original car with 18k miles on it. Needs some upgrades but I'm very happy with my decision.
There are quite a few good examples out there and it looks like you have the money to buy a really nice one. Keep an eye out in the usual locations and just get ready to pull the trigger once you find the one.
Thanks.

I would one that is ready to go with some upgrades I ready done. My first Delorean 01955 was a mess but Toby got it all fixed and turned it in to very nice D.
I just think for the 40K mark like the one I linked to on eBay it should have a stage 2 engine not amped up radio that I would want to remove. ( I don't like amp on the shelf behind the seats. )
When I spot the right one I'm ready to jump on a plane an drive the car home.
I just missed one CL in Seattle with a stage 2 for 40K and 8500 miles.

There's one "just down the road" being auctioned sometime this weekend:

<2000 miles, though the ad contradicts itself on exactly how many.

I don't always drive cars, but when I do, I prefer DeLoreans

No-one is to stone anyone, even, and I want to make this absolutely clear, even if they do say "carburetor"
