Help needed: Radio bracket ground & capacitors

    Hi everyone!

I'm in the process of beefing up the the electrical grounds attached to the radio bracket. When I removed the center console, a short black ground lead with a capacitor attached fell to the floor. Any ideas where this might go to?

Thanks for the help and contributions on this forum. It's an awesome resource! 🙂👌🏼

I wonder if someone snipped that ground off and ran it to another ground source. Previous electrical problem trouble shooting.Probably the ground for the radio. Where is the radio grounded now?

That looks like it came off the passenger side radio bracket. There should be a hole aside of the hazard switch (on the steel bracket). Aprox 6 ground wires attach there with a nut and bolt. Are you having radio issues?
