    Frame advice

I'm reviewing a D for possible purchase. Some of the epoxy has cracked off in large sections, exposing the bare metal which has surface rust. A few photos are below. I'm looking for second opinions on addressing this issue, how bad it is, etc. Thanks!

    My VIN:    10757 1st place Concourse 1998

Pretty typical for a car that has been used and stored outside. Not terrible, the metal isn't rusted through. Also inspect the engine cradle. From the pictures it looks like mostly surface rust but hit it with a screwdriver or an ice pick and see if you can put a hole in it. If you can't, just grind or sand it smooth, cover it with POR 15 to stop any more rust, sand it smooth and paint it grey.
