Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls. My 4th speed relay is bad.

I changed my wiring to the correct configuration and I had speeds 1, 2, 3 but no 4. Swapped relays and I had speeds 1, 2, and 4! No 3. My 4th speed relay is DOA.

Anything fancy besides direct replacement? All my relays say "DMC 2011"

Thank you all! Fantastic! Again, I love this forum!

You should check with your favorite vendor and if necessary buy the relay upgrade kit along with a new 4th speed relay. You should also check the fuses to see that the correct size fuse in each position. Add a 10 Amp in-line fuse to the door module in the big red wire if you are still using the original door lock module. Make sure there is nothing plugged into the hot start relay plug. Look for signs of heat damage especially around fuse #7 and the fan fail relay. If the blue fan fail relay is still there get it out and get a Fanzilla, the bypass wires, or something else.
