WANTED - Quadrant Lower Plate Part#110082

I'm looking for a Quadrant Lower plate that's not broken or cracked. If theirs a 3D model of the piece please let me know because
I am willing to just get an exact copy 3D printed as well if I can't find one that's not cracked. The only online one I found was on the EU store and it had a crack so I wasn't willing to jump on it.

Please if anyone know's where I can get one let me know, I am also willing to buy both the lower and top plate if you can't just selling me the lower quadrant plate.
