I am worried that we haven't heard from the normally prolific Robert in a couple of days since the shooting.
I know he just moved back to Vegas.
I hope he's OK and wasn't at the festival

I PM'd him yesterday; he said he and his family are fine; they were not at the festival.

Yeah, my ass is still around. Gonna take a lot more than a terrorist attack by some overly-entitled retiree from Mesquite to get rid of me. For myself, and many of us here in Las Vegas, this dude from the concert has perfectly summed up our reaction to all of this:

So far all our friends and family are safe too. One friend had a close call with her daughter who left the show just a few minutes before the shooting started, but we're all ok.
Been a busy week. Job hunt & interviews continue, I had an awesome run in with the police because of potentially stolen identity that I'm trying to clear up (which may be identify theft, or just a cop who is confused since both county and city court can't verify anything the officer said), and I'm also digging my car out of storage. Literally.

Thank you all though for your concern. I am touched as it truly does mean allot to myself and our family. We've also been fielding calls from friends and family across the country too that have been checking in on us too. But again, thank you all.
We're pretty full on blood and cash right now, so if you want to help Vegas, the best thing you can do is take a trip here. Hang out and party with us.
