No pictures today, but I made a new battery cable, and I also set the primary and secondary fuel pressures on the two-stage regulator.

As an "while I'm in there", since there is a TON of room with the transmission out of the car, I will be replacing the rear brake hoses. That'll be in the next day or two.

So those infamously annoying rear brake hoses come out SUPER easy when there is nothing in the car, lol.
Tonight I installed the oil pressure sender, using the stock DeLorean piece and a thread adapter, and the coolant temperature sender. The nice thing about the LS heads is that they are symmetrical side to side, so there was a tapped hole for both CLT senders I am using. One for the dash gauge, the other to feed the MSD ignition box.

So the weather has pretty much turned for the worse around here. I'm going to finish closing up my transmission tomorrow, and that will probably pretty much be it for work on the project until spring.
Next steps, when the weather allows, are:
1. Pull LS out of car
2. Clearance block for starter
3. Clearance bellhousing for starter and 350Z pressure plate
4. Install adapter plate, clutch assembly, etc
5. Mate transmission and engine, install starter
6. Put power train into car
Once that is done, the project should move along pretty quickly, as it is really mostly just assembly at that point. I am hopeful that I will be able to fire the car up in mid-to-late April.
