I've been running it NON-STOP for almost 4 years now and it's worked perfectly. Heats & cools my 720 sq ft space.

You can install it yourself. The unit comes pre-charged as long as your hose runs don't exceed 15 feet.

From what I've heard, Mike's hose run definitely doesn't exceed 15 feet.

Would you happen to have two and a half grand laying around I can borrow?

Sell one of those cars? That 2016 Cruze looks pretty boring relative to the others.

Mike if you've got $2,300 to spend on your garage, my suggestion is to spend $2,200 of it on a 4 post lift (http://www.directlift.com/Four-Post-Lifts-C9.aspx), and then $100 on heaters. Great for maintenance, and you can store another car inside!

I really want a Max Jax 2 post. Unfortunately my garage isn't large enough to fit a lift in and still be able to work on my car.
