    Seats?

    Great video. Thanks.

Off topic question but I love those seats! What year, make and model car did they come out of?

They look similar to VW Recardo seats.

    Question Prepping the glass

What's he prepping the glas with? What's the black substance that he is applying with a brush?
Please excuse the crudity of this DeLorean as I didn't have time to repair it yet.

    Only a guess here.

It's probably this or something a lot like it.

The link takes you to 3M's UK site. Equivalent primers are sourced worldwide by 3M and others. It's a commercial product.

You can PM Lough Shore Man directly with your question in case you want more than this guess. Or just have a local glass replacement pro give you the advice or do the job for you.

    Yes probably this. https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/p/d/b40065466/

Careful with it. I didn't know how much would be visible. I'm having a hell of a time removing it (removing it is an ongoing project for 6 months now, whenever I have a few moments!)
