VIN 531 D.O.T. car

Hi,

I've recently noticed VIN 531 listed on ebay with no reserve. It seems that the guy doesn't really know exactly what he's selling (I judge from item description). I'm far from being an expert here but I guess this car should be worth much more than a "regular" one - I mean in driving condition (at least). Does anybody have an idea how much could it be worth after bringing it back to road? Are there any big differences between those early production cars and the later ones? Most noticeable is a simplified nameplate behind the windscreen, but that's a small detail.
