I sent you a PM, please let me know if you saw it (twice)

Due to a decided lack of interest here, in about a week this will be going on ebay. I'm a little surprised, but need to maximize my return out of it.

Ebay would have been my first move. They say to think of the community first, but the community shops ebay too you know. I sold over 250 transmission filters on ebay and I can assure you that everyone who bought one was a DeLorean owner (or one Hell of a die hard enthusiast).

The market you want is people who collect Delorean memorabilia. Car owners are not, for the most part, collectors of that stuff. The larger market will see your banner on E-Bay. If anyone here is interested they can bid on it there. Leave a link so they can follow it, that's all you have to do.

I sold one on eBay about 10 years ago and got $450 for it. Good luck with yours!

EDIT: My mistake. I was referring to the Dealership Poster.

You can get posters and banners made up pretty cheap now at places like Staples. Of course it won't have historic value but as a poster it isn't worth all that much.

Do you check your messages? I know I and at least one other member sent you messages on the banner. Perhaps our offers didn't merit a reply??

If I knew the link I'd be happy to pursue it on E bay.

    Sincerely,
    Ron

My apologies Ron - you're correct I don't check my PM's very often, and I thought I had responded to yours but apparently did not. Best offer to date is now $200 but I still think I will place it on ebay and see what happens.

In my experience car owners are usually big collectors of memorabilia related to their cars. I know I sure was.
