Looks to be EXACTLY what you are looking for.

I live about 15 minutes away from where this car is located, so dspan if you are interested in having another DeLorean owner go and take a look at the car I'd check it out for you. I've been meaning to meet up with the seller (Matt) anyway. He has a pretty comprehensive listing that details everything that he's done to the car so most of what you need to know is in the ad. If there's something else that the seller hasn't already posted about the car that you'd like me to look at I'll offer my help.

Thank you for the recommendation Josh. We do indeed have an exceptional car on consignment near that price range. It is a two owner (retail) early '82 5spd with currently 22,320 miles. We're asking 48K but the seller is motovated so there is some flexibility. We performed our first service on this car in 1983 at 3,209 miles and other services in '85 and '88. In February 1991 we purchased the car from the original local owner with 8,720 miles and I used it as a company car until April '93 when I sold it to the current owner at 13,476 miles.
It has been kept in one of his heated garages since then but has only accumulated an addtional appx 11k miles in that time since he is a car collector with at least thirty other cars to tend to. We have just completed a $9000- major servicing to address all major systems and maintenance to make it ready for daily driver duty if needed. The interior and body all in excellent condition and only the undercarriage needs some refinishing work to make it almost perfect. I have a file with all documentation that will be supplied to the buyer. If interested I can supply pics and copies of documentation. I have literally driven this car to Boston before and it is certainly up for the trip again if you are interested.

I recommend that you consider this car that Rob has. From my experience, he is extremely good to work with and will answer any and all of your questions on it.
