    Had 6 of these and now have 2 left. Figured I'd throw mine in since I'll never be able to use it on my car here in Ca.

    No. Even if you lowered the hydrocarbons, the exhaust gas test still checks for nitrous oxide & oxgen content. Not to mention the visual inspection portion before that would result in an automatic fail.

    Just wondered how easy it is to install? Is it just a matter of disconnecting from the Cat (I am guessing it is welded) and connecting to the bypass? Anything else needed?
