Aircon belt tensioner assy

I am trying to source a complete aircon belt tensioner, both pulleys and the adjuster mechanism. Mine has been altered by the previous owner and is not correct. I have just snapped the belt and am not happy with the system he designed. Even just the non adjustable pulley complete with the mounting system will do.
It seems to be no longer available as a new part. I am in Australia and willing to pay by papal for all costs including shipping.

Thanks, will take a picture in the morning when I have taken the whole bracket off. That will give a better idea of what I need.

Found a box with some parts and it looks like the missing bits are there. I will let you know if I need any certain parts.
In the mean time I dropped a bolt into the valley of death. Half an hour of fishing finally got it out including the washer.
