There's a BTTF car at the Gold Strike casino in Jean. Also the organizers of DeLorean Weekend live there and their local group is pretty active so they might want to hang out. Not sure how often they check in here but Robert R. (DMCVegas) from here may be around...

Vegas has never really had a group. The Brandys do a great job with DeLorean Weekend, and it’s the best I’ve ever seen. Attempts have been made over the years to get us together (about 15 years ago I counted like almost 30 cars in th Vegas valley), but nothing really ever sticks. It’s hard to get everyone organized & willing, and it’s such a transient town. I couldn’t even begin to guess how many cars we have now in Vegas.
I’d love to get together with others, but I don’t have weekends off, and I work swing. So unless anyone is up for wrenching in the dead of night, I can’t make it. Which you could probably tell by the time stamp on this post.
But if we could get a group together, that would be great. We need to back each other up since we really only have 1, maybe 2 K-Jet service places in town now.

People they come together, people they fall apart...
I'll defer to Robert's commentary since he lives there but I guess it was mostly the DWeekend crew I was thinking of. They've been up to hang out the times I've been in town although they've got a lot of irons in the fire with some other projects right now. They're on Facebook here: https://www.facebook.com/deloreanweekend/ and registration just opened up so they might be checking their inbox on there more often than they're on here. Or if you want to PM me your phone # or email I'll pass it on to them.
From the timestamp on your post it looks like you could do some midnight wrenching with Robert, though

I was in Vegas a couple weeks ago. There is a BTTF replica at the Hollywood Car Museum. However, be advised, the BTTF replica is not very impressive and not worth the $20.00 price of admission to see that alone. It looks like something a 17-year-old cobbled together with spare stuff that they had laying around. They have some cool stuff, including a stunt A-Team van, a stunt Coyote from Hardcastle and McCormick, a General Lee, and two Knight Rider replicas among others. One Knight Rider car was a screen original Super Pursuit Mode car...very cool! The other was a poorly constructed replica that looked pretty bad. With all that said I liked enough of the other cars at the museum to make it worth the $20.00 that I spent. I walked to the museum from the Aria. It was a long...interesting walk in which I encountered a number of apparently homeless locals at the intersection of Tropicana and Dean Martin Ave
A couple days later I made the walk to Count's Kustoms. They don't have any Deloreans, but they do have some really cool custom cars and a couple 1980's exotics including two Lamborghini Countachs. Best of all, admission is free!
Have fun!

There isn't bound to be any DeLorean stuff there, but you could go see The Vegas Golden Knights play in the Stanley Cup playoffs while in town. It's hard to believe they're an expansion team. No Stars in the playoffs this year, so thought you might want to get your hockey fix in another city. Easy to go cheer for the home team in that crazy town.

If you are Mustang fan, visit the Shelby America facility in Vegas. Lots of vintage Fords and Shelby’s, great free tour, and you get to see the shop where they make replicas and do their Shelby upgrades. Look up their website for tour times. Well worth your time!
There used to be - and maybe still is - a DeLorean on display on Fremont Street in downtown Vegas. I've seen pics of it online from time to time.
