Bogus Delorean Being Sold on Ebay?

There is a Delorean being sold on Ebay now. No location of the car. No VIN number listed. No information about the car except general information about Deloreans. Ad says it's a 1980 Delorean with 980 miles on it. I asked for a god a copy of the VIN plate. Per my records, the VIN given in the picture is a car that belongs to a Jim seller ID is ridetxass with only 24 sales to his credit. Anyone know about this guy and the car. There's already 11 bids on the car. Hate to see someone get scammed.

Totally a scam, just lists off the brochure details of a Delorean, very fake.

Here is the website where the pictures are from: http://www.classiccarratings.com/auc...tion-2018-2617

Vin based on that page is 6940 and it sold for $44,000 at auction in January 2018.

Based on the vin registry, this used to be a museum car: http://www.citizenkidd.com/dmc/pages...sp?start=06940

It is very possible this is legit. Guy buys it from the seller linked above, tries to flip it on ebay and simply uses the pics from the previous seller. Mileage is 100 more so that can make sense. He is a dimwit when it comes to writing a good description so he just copies and pastes. Agree red flags aplenty but not concrete. If this is a flip you can rest assured that reserve is north of 40k.

I also contacted this seller and he/ she said

"Like i told you the car was fully restored before i bought it and i don't have the receipts . I told you the car is ready to drive right now and doesn't need anything .
    The vin number is SCEDT26T0BD006944."

I asked to see it and take it for a ride. No response. This VIN is for a higher mileage car and the engine bay does not look like a fully refurbished one to me.
