i need 1 bolt that is used for the knee pad in the interior. i wanted to attach a bracket that was missing on my car but the knee pad is missing the bolt to attach it.
if anyone has a beat up torn knee pad, ill take it, or just the bolt.

It’s actually just a stud that comes out of the kneepad. It’s threaded on both sides. The easiest way to fix this is just get a peice of threaded rod rom Lowes/Home Depot, cut it to length, and epoxy it in the hole. Then just use a regular nut to holt the kneepad stud to the bracket.

I hadn't thought to use these for the knee pads, but Jack made an interesting comment about it simply being a threaded stud.
You could conceivably get away with using the studs meant for doing exhaust manifold gasket replacements.
They are here and are not very expensive: http://store.delorean.com/p-6212-stud-m7.aspx
Not sure about whether they are a suitable length and diameter.

I just bought a used kneepad from Grady a few weeks ago and he had to add a stud to it for me. He *may* have extras. May be worth reaching out to him to see.
Good luck.

Cut a head off a bolt and epoxy it into the knee pad.
If it is missing one it is likely the plastic is damaged anyway.
