    Idle Speed Motor?

Does anyone know what the resistance values of the idle speed motor are supposed to be?

    My values:
    Pin 1 to 2: 11.3 ohms
    Pin 2 to 3: 10.1 ohms
    Pin 1 to 3: 21 ohms

That looks good for the stock idle motor.

I get these values but mine include some wiring from the idle motor to the ohm meter.

    10.7
    11.8
    22.0

You always get a little different readings measuring low resistance with and ohmmeter. To get accuracy I power the resistance with a power supply to get 1.00 amp and then measure the voltage on the resistance.

The smaller Volvo idle motor is about double those resistance readings.
