Can I get some feedback on whether to use Stainless or regular exhaust manifold to cylinder head studs washers and nuts? I need to decide this week. Thanks!

I used stainless studs (liberal use of copper slip when fitting), stainless washers and brass nuts.
As found in this kit https://www.deloreango.com/us/exhaus...asket-kit.html

Hard to get these parts except from Delorean vendors (odd sizes and small quantities). PJ Grady also has an upgraded/improved set of hardware.

Ive installed PJ Grady's /Robs stainless kit on a norcal members car and its great. All you need, including nice copper nuts for everything.
