Wanted you all to know I have a SKI RACK accessory (or "Ski Adaptor") New Old Stock *NOS up for auction on eBay.
Reserve price is set at $800 (I went by the last one sold).
I can't really imagine climbing the snow-covered mountains to hit the sweet slopes in this car, but nonetheless, it is an extremely cool piece of kit!

The Ski Rack bolts to the more common luggage rack (luggage rack not included in the auction).
Adaptor comes with:
- 2 ski clamps/bars (in original plastic)
- 4 keys (which lock the ski clamps) (in original plastic)
- 4 screws (for mounting) (in original plastic)
- Vinyl bag for storage
- Instruction sheet
- Original box
Adapter and all of the accompanying parts are in absolutely IMMACULATE condition (see photos below).
It was taken out of the box for a quick viewing only a few times.
Rubber is perfect and pliable - shows no signs of cracking or deterioration.
Metal retains its original shine and hinges/clamp mechanisms move freely.
Box shows usual signs of storage/shelf wear, but solid.
Instruction sheet has some lubrication spotting.
I have never seen a better NOS example of this accessory - really a nice item.
