    REPLACE ORFICE tube

    Hello, I am trying to replace the orfice tube and can’t seem to locate it. Can anyone please help.

    Hi there,
    Sure, the orifice tube is located inside the condenser to evaporator line (110525) next to the accumulator (behind the passenger wheel).

    Here are a couple pictures showing where it is, and a special tool that makes things easier for the job. If you want more details, I have outlined this in my A/C thread, and there are more pictures and comments on page 1 and 2 in the A/C System album on my profile.

    It should not matter as long as the o-ring on the orifice tube is sealing inside the pipe. So I would not force it to far and just put the accumulator back on over it.
