I was wondering what the oil pressure on the car should be while driving and while waiting at a light.
While driving the car it is a little less than half, but at the light waiting it seems to drop very low.
Should I be concerned?

Sounds normal to me. And normal being about 3/4 up the scale when you're driving along at a decent speed, and at maybe 1/4 of the scale when you're idling at a red light.
I remember someone saying that the low pressure warning light is the one you need to be concerned with if it goes on. Two different sensors, warning light sensor located on the driver's side of the engine, pressure gauge sensor on the passenger side of the engine. Apparently the warning light sensor is better calibrated to tell you whether to be worried or not.
This also assumes you have the replacement gauge sensor that has been recalibrated (improved). The original cailbration used to just peg the gauge the whole time the engine was running.
