Does a True flush mount USB charger exist?

That looks pretty good. Is it the same one that Boxbot linked to above, and are you saying that it works with the stock lighter receptical?( I.e. It doesn't tend to want to fall out)

Yes, it works with my stock lighter socket. I purchased it in April 2017. At the time there were some reviews that commented about it fitting a "European" type B socket, which is why I gave it a try. I used it previously for my iphone, and now for my android. It has worked well. Here's the Amazon link:

I noticed a new flush mount product, in particular Ainope, that claims to be even smaller, but have no experience with it and see only limited comments about the European fit.
