Drivers window motor used on passenger side? WTF?

Am I seeing this right? Sanity check perhaps. Did my PO really use a driver's side window motor assembly as a replacement on the passenger side?

Driver's side: (original, but not working. Weak going down, crawling going back up. Seems to be installed ok, it's just old and worn out presumably.)

Passenger side: (replacement at some point prior to me getting car in 2007, strong as an ox. Drop glass currently off its track, maybe too strong or crooked alignment caused that.)

Who does this sort of thing? Can't really tell what shape the brackets are in on the passenger side because I think they had to MacGuyver a couple of them to get it to fit.

Looks fine to me. I had a hell of a time getting the passenger side motor to even fit in there and I bought a passenger side motor so I have no idea how you'd even get a wrongly oriented one in there.

Yea, nevermind. My mistake. I don't know what the hell I'm talking about anymore.
