Fixing broken corner on the louvers?

My louvers have had a weak corner since I got the car, and it finally failed while I was storing it (probably corner-down) while I worked on the engine. What would be the best way to fix this? Crazy glue doesn't seem like it would last. I'm not sure if I should sand it a bit, then fiberglass over it, then sand that down and paint it, or if that would be too weak once the sanding is done.

    Thanks!

Try to find the Wheeler Dealers episode with the Delorean online. Edd fixed it with layers of new fiberglass and that louvre was damaged just like yours. His repair looked great from what I recall.

Excellent -- looks like I can get the ep from Amazon Prime Video for a couple of bucks. I'll check it out -- thanks!

At about 24:30 into the episode (which can be found here) he covers the repair I need to do. There's a pretty good amount of detail -- it's not exactly a tutorial, but he gives a great idea of what the job entails. I'll give it a shot when it's a bit warmer out.

    Thanks!
